These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of local-home-quotes.com (the "Site"), run by Local Home Quotes ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What the Site does

The Site gives general information about home improvement projects and helps homeowners in the United States get in touch with independent local providers and quote-matching services, so they can compare quotes. We are not a contractor, and we don't perform, supervise or guarantee any work. We don't employ the providers you may hear from, and we don't recommend or endorse any particular provider.

2. How we are paid

There is no charge to you for using the Site. We are paid by our partners, usually when someone requests quotes through a link on the Site. This may affect which partners appear on the Site, but it does not change what you pay a provider.

3. No guarantees about providers or quotes

We don't guarantee that you will be matched with a provider, that you will receive any quote, or the price, availability, timing, quality or outcome of any work. All contractors and providers are independent businesses.

It is your responsibility to check that any contractor you hire holds the license and insurance required for the work, and to review any quote, contract, warranty or payment terms before you agree to them. Any agreement you make is between you and that provider. Warranty terms, where offered, depend on the individual provider.

4. Partner websites

When you choose to request quotes, you leave the Site and go to a website run by one of our partners. That website has its own terms and privacy policy, which apply to anything you submit there. We don't control partner websites and are not responsible for their content, practices, or how they use your information.

5. Information on the Site

The content on the Site is general information only. It is not professional, legal, financial or construction advice, and it may not suit your home or your situation. We try to keep it accurate, but we don't promise that it is complete, current or without errors.

Some images on the Site may be AI-generated. All persons depicted in a photo or video are actors or models and not contractors listed on Local Home Quotes.

6. Using the Site

You may use the Site for your own personal use. You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that breaks the law;
• send us false, misleading or harmful information;
• copy, scrape or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means;
• interfere with, disrupt or try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems that run it; or

7. Our content

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, images and design, belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, change, distribute or reuse the content for any other purpose without our written permission.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a part of these Terms, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
